Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Service Representative based in Denpasar, with opportunities for some remote work. This is a full-time hybrid or fully remote role focused on intelligent communication, scheduling, and closing—supported by AI agents and interactive training. No cold outreach. No scripts. No micromanagement.

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling patient communications via phone calls, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role also involves verifying insurance details, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with medical office tasks as needed to support excellent patient care.

Core Responsibilities
  • Convert hot inbound leads through intelligent conversation
  • Qualify, schedule, and close efficiently
  • Communicate confidently around health, science, and research
  • Use AI tools to optimize timing, follow-ups, and escalation
  • Own outcomes across two distinct but complementary businesses
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary (both companies)
  • Sales commission on closed revenue
