Partner Growth Manager (Mekari Officeless)

Responsibilities
  • Acquire and foster good working relationships with partner IT consultants or principal software companies, collaborating technically and jointly for mutual business benefit.
  • Scale partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue through systematic growth levers: activation, expansion, repeatability, and performance optimization.
  • Identify potential partners, assess partnership opportunities, and convince them of the product benefits and partnership schemes.
  • Foster strong working relationships with partner companies by providing tech ecosystem assistance and solving partner‑specific problems.
  • Collect partner feedback regarding products and partnerships, and organize joint marketing events when necessary.
  • Define and manage partner segmentation, classification, and partner types.
  • Establish the partner motion, enablement process, and overall partner journey.
  • Work directly with Partner Tech Enablement and other stakeholder teams to discover opportunities and set appointments from generated leads.
  • Design and implement effective business or partnership schemes.
  • Create and execute Go‑To‑Market (GTM) strategies.
  • Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with partners.
  • Collaborate with the legal team to manage partnership contracts, including NDAs and PKS.
  • Provide internal teams with actionable feedback based on direct interactions with partners.
  • Analyze external systems that provide added value to Mekari products and manage business integration schemes.
  • Maintain flexible partner relations through offline visits and face‑to‑face engagements to ensure strong communication.
  • Generate and manage leads throughout the sales cycle until the deal is closed.
  • Communicate effectively with related internal teams to ensure alignment.
  • Consistently meet and achieve defined targets.
Qualifications
  • Possess an established network within the SI, IT Consultant, and software principal industry.
  • Demonstrate a natural ability and passion for engaging with partners through both formal and informal channels to foster productive relationships.
  • Show a passionate, committed, and responsible work ethic with a strong academic or non‑academic background (2‑3 years of experience is preferred).
  • Maintain a solid knowledge of ERP systems, system integration, and project implementation.
  • Exhibit excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Have a genuine interest in the startup, tech venture, and entrepreneurial landscape.
  • Possess the social skills necessary to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others.
  • Demonstrate the ability to learn quickly and a strong eagerness for continuous improvement.
  • Maintain a motivated and loyal professional attitude.
