A luxury hotel chain in Surakarta is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage day-to-day culinary operations, ensuring Hyatt standards and exceptional guest experiences. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie or Commis, preferably in luxury brands. Specialization in Chinese Cuisine is required, along with knowledge of hygiene practices.
Chef de Partie you will be responsible for the efficient and management of the day-to-day operations for the culinary department. Reporting to the Sous Chef, you will work closely to ensure that both divisions meet the Hyatt standards and will exceed guest expectations through unique and local experiences.
