Sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri di Indonesia mencari staff–supervisor untuk rekrutmen. Tanggung jawab mencakup rekrutmen end-to-end, pengembangan strategi pencarian kandidat, dan pengelolaan database kandidat. Kandidat ideal memiliki gelar S1 di Psikologi, Manajemen, atau HR dengan pengalaman 2-4 tahun dalam Talent Acquisition. Perusahaan ini juga mencari individu yang komunikatif dan kreatif serta mampu beradaptasi dengan ritme kerja yang cepat. Kesempatan ini menawarkan pengalaman dalam employer branding dan proyek HR.

Qualifications

  • Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun di Talent Acquisition atau Employer Branding.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan ritme cepat.
  • Mampu menyusun laporan bulanan tentang progress recruitment dan kandidat pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Melakukan rekrutmen end-to-end untuk posisi staff–supervisor.
  • Mengembangkan strategi pencarian kandidat melalui berbagai platform.
  • Mengelola database kandidat dan melakukan employer branding.

Job description

Melakukan end-to-end recruitment untuk posisi staff–supervisor (sourcing, screening, interview , koordinasi user, offering).

Mengembangkan strategi pencarian kandidat (Jobstreet, LinkedIn, campus hiring, referral).

Memastikan lead time hiring memenuhi target Departemen TA.

Mengelola database kandidat dan pipeline talent untuk kebutuhan jangka panjang.

Membuat konten sederhana untuk media sosial employer branding (foto, caption, short video).

Menyusun laporan Bulanan (progress recruitment, kandidat pipeline, SLA).

Memastikan seluruh proses dan dokumen recruitment sesuai standar audit & SOP.

Mendukung inisiatif proyek HR dan TA roadmap 2026.

Pendidikan minimal S1 (diutamakan Psikologi / Manajemen / HR / Komunikasi).

Pengalaman minimal 2–4 tahun di Talent Acquisition Employer Branding

Memahami teknik interview berbasis kompetensi (CBI) menjadi nilai lebih.

Terbiasa bekerja dengan target dan ritme cepat.

Komunikatif, kreatif, suka bertemu banyak orang, dan percaya diri melakukan presentasi.

Mampu membuat konten sederhana (Canva/CapCut) menjadi nilai tambah.
