A dynamic global enterprise in Jakarta Utara is seeking an efficient Executive Assistant to support the General Manager. Key responsibilities include comprehensive administrative support, assisting in HR work, offering legal support, and coordinating inter-departmental cooperation. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree, has a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, and is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Japanese, and Mandarin. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for this role.

To support the company's strategic development and enhance operational efficiency, we are now looking for a high-quality, professional, and efficient Executive Assistant to the General Manager to work with the team and create a better future together.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager, including but not limited to arranging meetings, organizing agendas, taking meeting minutes, and following up on the implementation of meeting resolutions to ensure the smooth progress of the General Manager's daily work.
Assist in handling human resources-related work, such as participating in the recruitment process, organizing employee training activities, maintaining employee files, and coordinating employee relations to promote the harmonious development of the team.
Offer legal support for the company's daily operations, including reviewing basic business contracts, consulting on legal issues, and cooperating with external legal institutions to ensure the company's operations are in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Coordinate cooperation among various departments, establish effective communication channels, resolve cross-departmental work obstacles, and promote the efficient completion of the company's overall work objectives.
Undertake other tasks assigned by the General Manager, including handling urgent matters and following up on special projects.
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related fields is preferred.
Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in administration, human resources, legal affairs, etc., with a deep understanding of the workflows and key points of each module.
Possess excellent coordination and communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate the resources of various departments, and promote the smooth progress of cross‑departmental cooperation.
Proficiency in multiple foreign languages, including but not limited to English, Japanese, and Mandarin Chinese. Fluent in oral and written expression, able to independently handle foreign business negotiations, document translation, and other work.
Have strong logical thinking ability, problem‑solving ability, and execution ability, be meticulous and rigorous in work, and have a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and have certain experience in handling official documents and organizing activities.
