What You Will Do:
  • Identify learning and development needs across teams through surveys, performance data, and manager feedback.
  • Design and manage training programs, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires to ensure smooth adaptation to Qiscus culture and systems.
  • Work with team leads to support career pathing, mentoring, and growth plans.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of learning initiatives using clear metrics and feedback loops.
  • Maintain a knowledge hub for internal development resources and documentation.
  • Collaborate with Employer Branding to highlight Qiscus’ growth culture and development journey.
What You Will Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, Education, Communications, or related fields.
  • 1-3 years of experience in learning & development, people growth, or a similar HR function.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about employee growth and eager to explore creative learning methods.
  • Comfortable using data and feedback to iterate and improve development programs.
