Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring recruitment KPIs are met. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience, strong knowledge of local labor laws, and excellent communication skills. This role offers a dynamic work environment, particularly suited for those with startup experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience as a Talent Acquisition.
  • Strong understanding of local labor law and HR practices.
  • Experience in a startup or multi-task environment preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Ensure recruitment KPIs are met.
  • Maintain relationships with vendors for cost-effective recruitment.

Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Well understand business model and the key criteria for the opening postilions,
  2. Follow the SOPs to work in the end-to end recruitment, from sourcing, cv recommendation, interview arrangement, reference check, salary forecast, offer negotiation, until offer and onboard
  3. Ensure the completion of recruitment KPIs.
  4. Provide constructive advice to optimize the SOP
  5. Maintain good relationship with the vendors and tap new platforms to make the recruitment more efficient and cost-saving
  6. update the work report in time, accurately and efficiently
  7. Adhoc tasks assigned by the managers.
Key Requirements
  1. At least 3 years relevant working experience as a TA.
  2. Strong knowledge of locallabor law and HR best practices.
  3. Background in startup company or multi-task environment will be preferred
  4. Ability to work independently, can-do attitude and self-driven
  5. English workable
  6. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
