Job description

Daily Financial Operations

Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, and cash flow management.

Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.

Budgeting & Forecasting

Lead the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts.

Monitor budget vs actuals and recommend corrective actions.

Provide financial modeling and scenario planning for strategic initiatives.

Compliance & Taxation

Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws and regulations (PPH 21, PPN, etc.).

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.

Prepare timely and accurate tax filings and financial audits.

Financial Strategy & Risk Management

Support strategic decision‑making by providing data‑driven financial recommendations.

Develop financial strategies to support company growth and operational efficiency.

Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring sustainable financial health.

Supervise and mentor the finance and accounting team.

Collaborate with cross‑functional departments including Operations, HR, and Sales.

Support project profitability analysis and internal cost optimization initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA, CA, or ACCA is a plus).

Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a consulting, tech, or SaaS company.

Strong understanding of Indonesian financial regulations and tax compliance.

Proficient in financial systems, ERP/accounting software, and Excel/Google Sheets.

Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and spoken).

Preferred Experience

Experience in handling project‑based revenue and service contracts.

Familiarity with regional financial practices (Singapore, Malaysia, etc.) is a plus.

Exposure to fundraising, investor reporting, or M&A activities is an advantage.
