Proposal Manager

We are seeking a Proposal Manager with 5 - 10 years (in managerial role) of experience to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in managing the end-to-end proposal development process for managed services, HRIS, SAAS, recruitment and outsourcing projects. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create competitive, high‑quality proposals that align with client requirements and company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full proposal lifecycle (RFP, RFQ, tenders, project bids).
  • Collect and organize information from internal teams (HRIS, Headhunting, Finance, Legal).
  • Draft clear, persuasive, and professional proposals that reflect our brand.
  • Ensure compliance with client specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Development to develop winning strategies.
  • Monitor timelines and ensure on‑time submission of proposals.
  • Continuously improve proposal templates and processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • 5‑10 years of experience as a Proposal Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of proposal and tender processes, preferably in HR or technology (HRIS), SAAS, outsourcing, and recruitment projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Highly detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM or project management tools is an advantage.
