Job summary

A leading fintech company in Jakarta Pusat is looking for an Industrial Relations Specialist to manage employee violation cases, maintain legal compliance, and support HR strategies. Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law, at least 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Legal HR, and hold a valid advocate license. Strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive information are essential. The role involves documenting disciplinary actions and coordinating with external parties.

Qualifications

  • Handle employee violation cases and escalate when necessary.

Job description
  • Handle employee violation cases: investigation, documentation, recommendation, and escalation to police or PHI (if needed).
  • Prepare and administer disciplinary documents (e.g. warning letters, termination letters, absenteeism notices).
  • Maintain good relations and coordination with external parties (Disnaker, Immigration, and Legal Counsel).
  • Assist in legal documentation and compliance related to industrial relations.
  • Provide input on IR issues and labor law compliance to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Monitor and advise on enforcement of Company Regulations, labor laws, and ethics policy.
  • Support HR Dept teams in implementable every policy
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Industrial Relations or Legal HR;
  • Licensed advocate (active advocate card from PERADI or other recognized organization);
  • Experienced in coordinating with government institutions;
  • Excellent knowledge of labour law, and keeping up to date with government regulations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
  • Strong communication skills and able to act as liaison between employees, management, and external parties.
