Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment in a manufacturing company.
• Knowledge about assessment psychology.
• Can join immediately (less than 1 month) and willing to attend interview offline.

Responsibilities

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment process to fulfill all positions.
• Screen resumes and assess candidates based on qualifications.
• Manage and maintain job portals.
• Design job qualifications and advertise job openings.
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new employees.
• Build employer branding and positive relationships with employees.
• Support other HR tasks as needed.
