Achieve corporate strategies and business objectives, gain insight into industry and key customer requirements, develop and execute NA customer development strategies, explore key opportunities in the cloud business.
Manage end-to-end project operations and customer relationships, analyze customer key requirements and pain points, clearly identify the customer's decision-making chain etc.
Develop and executed business plans, effectively utilize and organize corporate resources to promote business implementation. To ensure customer's business success, achievement of revenue goals and high customer satisfaction.
Improve the Client Brand CLOUD brand, publicize the Client Brand CLOUD ecosystem, implement channel policies, and implement brand marketing and go-to-market strategies.
Strong customer relationship capability, be able to understand customers' business, commercial, and strategic requirements, influence customers' planning and budgeting, match customer requirements, effectively convey the value of products and solutions, influence customers' decision-making.
Strong project operation capability, leading project team members, design commercial proposal and solution proposal by comprehensively considering competition, profitability, and deliverability.
Have a good command of and be able to apply the basic principles and knowledge of cloud computing. Have an in-depth understanding of and be able to skillfully apply cloud computing solutions, and be familiar with advantages and disadvantages of cloud solutions from mainstream vendors.
Bachelor Degree from Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Management.
Knowledge of cloud services, computing, storage, network, database, security and other products involved in IaaS.
3+ years IT industry background, with good relationships with IT industry companies, able to talk with CEO/CTO directly.
Excellent team player with initiative, ability to meet project timelines and work independently. Strong learning ability, willing to learn new technologies and products; strong sense of responsibility to finish work on time with high quality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; good communication and negotiation skills.
Strong communication, networking, collaboration and interpersonal skills – ability to build relationships of trust with a wide range of individuals and organizations.
Capability to build relationships with customers.
Fast learning capability, able to adapt to new environment.
