Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is an advantage)

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in sales within the healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry, with proven success in achieving targets and managing key accounts/hospital channels.

Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing a sales team.

Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with key healthcare stakeholders.

Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.

Proactive, results-driven, able to work under pressure, and highly collaborative across marketing, product, and commercial teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets and expand market coverage.
  • Design and execute strategic sales plans and strengthen long-term customer relationships.
  • Identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to drive growth.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with hospitals, distributors, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and commercial teams to align business strategies.
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, customer engagement, and tender processes.
  • Manage territories and optimize resource allocation for maximum market penetration.
  • Represent the company in industry events and customer meetings to strengthen business presence.

As a pioneer of AD syringes manufacturer in Indonesia in providing safe injections, PT. Oneject Indonesia has contributed to reduce the number of standard syringes, which are produced and distributed in Indonesia. Our product is the market leader of AD syringes in Indonesia with 90% market share.

The products are monitored and controlled by our QC Department as per requirement of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016, in cooperation with our R&D Department, in order to continuously monitor the improvement, innovation and thereby increase our product quality.
