As an AI product manager in our company, you will be at the forefront of our Gen‑A‑I‑powered product development. You will be responsible to define what to build, why build it, and how to measure its success. You will act as the bridge between business, technology, and users, ensuring that every product decision creates value for both the company and its customers. You will be the "CEO of the product", not because you have the authority over everyone, but because you are accountable for the product’s outcome and alignment with company goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to gain deep understanding of user pain points
• Define product vision and build roadmap that effectively aligns with the vision, balancing short‑term win and long‑term delivery, while leveraging latest global developments on the Gen‑AI space
• Facilitate multi‑team collaboration with multiple stakeholders, across business, design, technology, data, and operation
• Build a Product Requirement Document (PRD) that serves as the central reference in the product development cycle
• Define and track the right success metrics that act as a north star, aligning teams toward a unified objective of achieving a successful product launch

Requirements

• Minimum of 4‑5 years of experience in product management in a technology company
• Direct experience in managing AI‑powered product will be highly advantageous
• Proven track record in product management
• Experienced in data‑driven decision‑making, with the ability to analyze metrics and derive insights
• Strong structured thinking and effective problem‑solving abilities
