About the Role

We are seeking a strategic and commercially minded Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts across Indonesia. The role focuses on developing and executing impactful marketing strategies to support client acquisition, improve onboarding, and drive regional growth. It requires strong digital marketing expertise, regional market knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration skills. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with creativity and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted marketing plans for Indonesia, aligned with global objectives, and identify opportunities for revenue growth and market share.
  • Commercial Focus: Ensure marketing initiatives contribute to lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams.
  • Onboarding Funnel Optimization: Improve client onboarding journey using data and user insights to optimize conversion paths.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the marketing lead for the region, working with Product, Payments, Compliance, Sales, and Partnerships teams.
  • Regional Advocacy: Champion Indonesia internally by sharing market insights, campaign performance, and recommendations.
