Job summary

A leading food supplier in Indonesia is looking for a Training Coordinator to design and conduct training programs for the sales team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields and at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Responsibilities include developing engaging training materials and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. The role is based in Cikarang, with a focus on effective performance enhancement of the sales team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar training role.
• Willing to be based in Cikarang and travel for training.
• Ability to manage work pressures and deadlines.

• Organize and conduct both online and offline training programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and optimize the delivery and/or content accordingly
• Ensure training initiatives enhances the employee's sales and service competencies
• Maintain close communication between sales and business departments to ensure training aligns with business challenges
• Coordinate internal resources for smooth implementation of training
• Provide regular reports to management on training progress and outcomes

• Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills
• Self driven and able to manage work pressures and deadline
• Willing to be based in Cikarang (Jababeka) and travel to conduct training at branches
