Job summary

A manufacturing company in Jawa Barat is looking for an HR Recruitment Specialist with at least 2 years of experience in recruitment. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, screening candidates, and using psychological testing tools. Candidates should be proficient in interview techniques and Microsoft Office, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate effectively. Immediate joiners are preferred and must attend interviews in person.

Qualifications

  • Support other HR tasks as needed.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in HR Recruitment in a manufacturing company.

Familiar with psychological testing tools or has knowledge about assessment psychology.

Proficient in interview using BEI method.
