Job summary
A high-end interior design studio in Bali seeks a Studio/Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities. This full-time role requires over 5 years of experience in managing creative teams within the interior design or architecture sectors. The Manager will ensure smooth project execution and team efficiency, reporting directly to the Founder. Ideal candidates should be fluently English, highly organized, and proactive, with a strong track record in problem-solving and decision-making. Base salary is negotiable based on experience with performance-based bonuses offered.

We are expanding our high-end interior design studio and are looking for a proven operator to take full ownership of studio operations and ensure projects and the team run smoothly.
This is a full-time, in-office role in Bali with 5+ years of experience managing creative teams (interior design, architecture, or high-end agencies). You will be the single‑point-of-contact for the team, reporting directly to the Founder, and will play a key role in scaling the studio’s operations.
This role allows the Founder to focus exclusively on creative direction, vision and client relationships, while you ensure everything else runs smoothly.
- Own daily studio operations and team workflow
- Manage schedules, deadlines and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ensure tasks progress on time and with accountability
- Coordinate independently with international clients and consultants
- Implement structured workflows using Notion
- Shield the Founder from last‑minute crises
- Run weekly planning, check‑ins and reporting
- Support the studio’s expansion and growth initiatives
- Fluent in English, experienced working with international clients
- Highly organized, proactive and assertive
- Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
- Track record of measurable impact on team performance and project delivery
- Experienced in implementing processes and managing teams
- Comfortable reporting only to the Founder and taking full ownership
- Able to thrive in a fast‑growing, high‑performance creative environment
- Directly shape operations, processes and studio culture during a period of growth
