A leading e-commerce enabler is seeking a Key Account Specialist to manage online shop operations across various platforms. The ideal candidate will oversee daily activities, ensure brand compliance, and analyze sales performances to enhance profitability. A Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of e-commerce experience are required, along with proficiency in English. Familiarity with platforms like Lazada and Shopee, as well as strong analytical and communication skills, are crucial for success in this role.
Responsible for On-line Shop management (Laz, Tokped, BliBli, Tiktok, Shopee) and manages overall sell in and sell out.
Oversee the day to day operations of the on-line platform.
Ensures the design of the shop adheres to the brand guidelines and directives by updating product content and images.
Recommends plan of action to increase revenue and profitability of the line business.
Campaign and promotion management.
Recommends and implements brand-traffic strategy to ensure sales and marketing objectives are achieved.
Executes campaign calendar as aligned with the brand objective.
Analyzes the performance of the products, categories and consumer buying patterns on a regular basis.
Order and inventory management
Plan an update inventory for the online sales platform.
Coordinate with different department to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Liaise with various departments regarding administrative and logistical preparations before the campaign and ensures shipment/orders of customers arrive on time.
Monitors and reconciles products and payment for fulfilled orders vs. failed/returns and recommends plan of action.
Responds and takes action on customer concerns.
Gathers and analyzes data in improving the online business.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
With 2-3 years work experience in E-Commerce.
Proficient in English (read, write and conversation).
Proficient in Lazada, Shopee, Tokopedia or any On-line Selling Platform.
Knowledgeable in E-commerce landscape.
Able to join immediately without notice.
Sales background experience is an advantage.
Organized and have good computer skills.
Above average communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Possess good English is a must (Read, Write, and conversation)
Able to speak and write in Mandarin will be a plus point.
