- Full‑time on‑site Sales Trainer Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
- Design, develop, and deliver sales training programs to enhance the capabilities and success of the sales team.
- Conduct engaging presentations, coach team members, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales management to identify training needs and support overall business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Strong skills in sales training, training & development, and creating tailored learning experiences for sales teams.
- Prior experience in sales training, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.
- Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to assess training needs and implement strategies for team success.
- Highly organized with strong leadership and coaching abilities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
