Job summary
A leading logistics company in Indonesia is seeking a Sales Manager to drive customer acquisitions and manage key accounts. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of sales management experience in logistics and possess strong negotiation skills. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, leading a sales team, and maintaining customer relationships. A solid understanding of the local market and experience in logistics is required. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

- Experience leading a sales team of 5–20 people.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets for revenue and customer growth.
- Manage and develop top customers and acquire new ones.
- Lead the sales team and ensure effective CRM execution.
Skills
- Responsible for achieving sales targets (revenue, shipment volume, customer growth).
- Manage and develop key (TOP) customers and acquire new customers.
- Lead and manage the sales team to ensure effective CRM, visit plans, and sales funnel execution.
- Drive new customer acquisition and ensure fast onboarding.
- Maintain key customer relationships and minimize customer churn.
- Ensure service quality and coordinate to resolve customer issues.
- Handle pricing, gross profit control, contracts, and cross‑functional coordination.
- 2–5 years of sales management experience in logistics (LTL / express / courier).
- Experience leading a sales team of 5–20 people.
- Strong execution, result‑oriented, and hands‑on leadership mindset.
- Familiar with local market and has existing customer resources.
- Strong negotiation, customer development, and relationship management skills.
- Able to analyze sales data (revenue, volume, gross profit).
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) is a plus.
