1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree of Agrotechnology, Biology or equivalent
2. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field
3. Able to mobile and having a driving licence
4. Good Communication and decision maker
5. Having leadership skill
6. Willing to work at Surabaya HD Branch
