Job Description

• Full‑time on‑site Sales Trainer Specialist based in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong skills in sales training, training & development, and creating tailored learning experiences for sales teams.
• Prior experience in sales training, preferably within the architecture, design, or related industries.
• Excellent presentation skills and the ability to deliver engaging and impactful training sessions.
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to assess training needs and implement strategies for team success.
