As a Captain (F&B), you will lead the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service flow, high guest satisfaction, and proper coordination between staff to maintain the highest standards in restaurant operations.
Minimum education High School (SMA/SMK), preferably majoring in Hospitality or Culinary
At least 2 years of experience in restaurant service, with experience leading a small team
Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills
In-depth understanding of restaurant service flow, team scheduling, and guest service standards
Fast, responsible, able to handle guest complaints, and highly customer-oriented
Oversee daily service operations and ensure smooth service flow between team and guests
Lead, support, and delegate tasks to service team members
Manage schedules and ensure proper staffing for peak hours
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, readiness, and customer service
Handle guest concerns and ensure overall guest satisfaction
