Job Description
  • Achieve targets assigned to the individual, including sales targets, activity targets, as well as new acquisition, shipper retention, and shipper growth in the Logistics Service Provider sector.

Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Network departments within existing LSPs
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong industry networks within the LSP sector
  • Ability to commercialize offerings to LSPs
  • Understanding of the logistics service provider landscape in Indonesia
  • Good local networks in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Transport Departments
  • Experience in collaborative or value-based selling to leverage underutilized capacities of Ninja Van or pursue strategic opportunities with LSPs
  • Ability to form partnerships and collaborations with LSPs to increase their customer value, rather than just transactional sales
