About the role

As the Operation Manager at Adiwana Warnakali Nusa Penida, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of this exciting hospitality business. Based in the stunning location of Nusa Penida, Bali, this full-time position will see you overseeing all day-to-day operations and leading a team to deliver an exceptional experience for our guests.

• Developing and implementing operational strategies to optimise efficiency and guest satisfaction
• Managing staff scheduling, training, and performance to build a motivated and skilled team
• Overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, food and beverage, and guest services
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Analysing performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions
• Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture that aligns with the company's values
• Collaborating with other departments to deliver a seamless, integrated guest experience
