• Manage the end‑to‑end freight forwarding process, including shipment planning, documentation, and customer coordination.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods by liaising with carriers, customs, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and database of freight movements and costs.
• Identify and resolve any issues or delays in the freight forwarding process.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external clients.
