Job summary
A serviced office provider in Jakarta is seeking a professional to maintain client contact information, handle customer requests, and manage inventory control. Candidates should hold at least a Bachelor's degree and possess 2-3 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office, alongside strong interpersonal skills, are essential. The role demands a proactive and disciplined individual with a pleasant personality who enjoys interacting with clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the hospitality industry, preferably from hotel industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and outgoing personality.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update all client contact information.
- Handle and coordinate customer requests.
- Manage FB stock and inventory control.
- Implement effective purchasing procedures.

To have good negotiation skill with suppliers.
To handle FB stock including stock check and inventory control.

Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Minimum 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry (preferable from Hotel Industry)
Good communication skill in English, written & verbal
Excellent computer literate in Excel, MS Office, Power Points,Good in Filing & inventory
Good Team Player with strong Interpersonal skill
Customer service oriented, self motivated, proactive, pleasant personality, discipline, well organized, and outgoing kind of person that enjoys interacting with people
Willing to work with tight deadlines, high speed & high accuracy level
