Assisting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management
Ensuring excellent customer service by leading and motivating the restaurant team
Monitoring and maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
Participating in the development and implementation of marketing and promotional strategies
Analysing and reporting on key performance indicators to drive continuous improvement
