Guide customers and partners in using products and services. Handle inquiries and disputes promptly with empathy and care. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships. Support projects across functions including registration, acquisition, sales transactions, and training. Perform administrative tasks related to partner accounts (top‑up, data updates, etc.).
Minimum Diploma (D3) / Bachelor's degree (any major) 0–2 years of experience in customer service or sales (fresh graduates are welcome). Strong communication skills in Bahasa; English (passive) is a plus. Typing speed ≥ 50 WPM with ≥ 90% accuracy. Empathetic, detail‑oriented, energetic, and adaptable to change. Fully vaccinated (minimum 2 doses).
