Assistant Sales & Leasing Manager

We are seeking an Assistant Sales & Leasing Manager to help build and scale a vehicle rental and leasing business. This role combines sales, operations, and project management, working closely with cross‑functional teams to turn market insights into effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute vehicle rental business strategies and processes.
  • Conduct market research on customers, competitors, pricing, and products.
  • Engage directly with customers to identify needs and design tailored solutions.
  • Act as customer service, sales, and product lead during early‑stage setup.
  • Drive process optimization using data and technology.
  • Coordinate projects with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Customer Service teams.
  • Track KPIs, report progress to senior management, and benchmark industry best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in operations, start‑ups, or project management (sales experience is a plus).
  • Preferred background in logistics, transportation, or vehicle rental.
  • Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast‑paced environment with strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English; Chinese is a plus.
