Job summary
A prominent retail jewelry company in South East Asia is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations in Balikpapan. You will oversee the store team to deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales goals, manage inventories, and ensure compliance with company policies. The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, strong leadership and communication skills. This role requires working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations or similar leadership role.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and team management.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and customer service issues.
Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the store team to achieve sales and operational goals.
- Create sales strategies and execute initiatives to drive performance.
- Monitor daily store operations, including inventory, merchandising, and stock levels.
