A premium hotel chain in Jakarta Utara is seeking an Assistant Manager (Duty Manager) for the Front Office. The successful candidate will support the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day operations while ensuring efficiency in line with brand standards. This position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel, excellent communication and customer relations skills, as well as proficiency in multiple languages.
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
The Assistant Manager (Duty Manager)- Front Office is responsible to assist the Front Office Manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the Front Desk at the hotel.
