About the role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our team at MR DIY in the Tanimbar Utara Maluku region. As a full-time Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our retail store in this location. What you’ll be doing

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the retail store, including supervising staff, monitoring inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and profitability
• Analyse store performance data and make data-driven decisions to optimise operations
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting for the store
• Collaborate with the regional and head office teams to align on strategic priorities and initiatives
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
