You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, acquiring new shipper accounts, and ensuring growth in the logistics sector. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain, is solution-oriented, and possesses strong local networks. This role offers opportunities for strategic growth and expansion.
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Network departments within existing LSPs.
- Strong understanding of the logistics service provider landscape in Indonesia.
- Experience in collaborative or value-based selling.
Responsabilités
- Achieve sales and activity targets as a sales representative.
- Acquire new shippers and support shipper growth.
- Ensure continuous growth and expansion of accounts.

Job Description- Achieve targets assigned to the individual, including sales targets, activity targets, as well as new acquisition, shipper retention, and shipper growth in the Logistics Service Provider sector.
- Meet sales targets
- Complete assigned activities as a sales representative
- Acquire new shippers and support shipper growth
- Ensure continuous growth and expansion of accounts
- Increase transport revenue
- 5-10 years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, or Network departments within existing LSPs
- Solution-oriented mindset
- Strong industry networks within the LSP sector
- Ability to commercialize offerings to LSPs
- Understanding of the logistics service provider landscape in Indonesia
- Good local networks in Supply Chain, Procurement, and/or Transport Departments
- Experience in collaborative or value-based selling to leverage underutilized capacities of Ninja Van or pursue strategic opportunities with LSPs
- Ability to form partnerships and collaborations with LSPs to increase their customer value, rather than just transactional sales
