Job summary
A retail company in Bandung is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, lead staff, and ensure effective sales performance. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in retail management. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing inventory, and handling customer inquiries. - Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance
- Support in achieving sales targets and monitoring store performance
- Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and product display
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
- Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the Head Store
- Act as the store leader in the absence of the Head Store
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
- Customer-oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities
- Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
- Able Speak English
