Job Description
- Oversee branch operations and ensure compliance with safety and legislative standards.
- Deliver revenue and profit targets, meeting monthly and annual goals.
- Maintain strict inventory controls to achieve zero stock losses.
- Provide leadership and motivation to branch personnel across customer service, business development, and warehousing.
- Develop and implement targeted sales strategies and manage key accounts.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and timely resolution of issues.
- Control costs and drive strategies for revenue growth and efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Prior experience in branch management or similar leadership role.
- Strong network and relationships within the agriculture, construction, and material handling sector.
- Professional background in selling industrial tires / heavy equipment (tractor) / rental business
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets.
- Strong commercial acumen and operational management skills.
- Minimum 10 years of business experience in a branch network preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive, results-driven attitude with a focus on safety and compliance.
