Join Our Team as a Technical Support Engineer for CCTV Solutions
We are an established Singapore-based provider of advanced surveillance systems, operating since 2008. We seek an experienced technical professional to deliver expert support, troubleshooting, and guidance on CCTV installations and video management platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Be the go-to expert for customers, helping them configure and optimize CCTV hardware, VMS software, and surveillance setups.
- Leverage your knowledge of leading VMS platforms like Genetec, AXIS, Milestone, and Hikvision to provide first-line and second-line technical support.
- Solve technical challenges—from diagnosing hardware failures to networking issues—with confidence and precision.
- Play a vital role in enhancing our support resources by creating knowledge base articles, FAQs, and manuals.

Who We’re Looking For
- Strong knowledge of VMS platforms (e.g., AXIS, Milestone, Genetec).
- Expertise in IP/network cameras, DVR/NVR setups, and security protocols.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a desire to deliver exceptional support.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience in security systems (e.g., AXIS, Genetec, Milestone, Avigilion, Lenel, Gallagher, Hikvision) is preferred.
- At least a Diploma/Engineering Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Telecommunications or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English is an advantage.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment, including cameras, NVRs, and VMS software.
- Knowledge of video analytics and data mining techniques.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated discipline in Electrical, Electronic, and IT practices.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to manage client expectations and deliver superior service.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team (this is a remote role).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
