  • Assist the Head Store in overseeing daily store operations
  • Supervise and guide store staff to ensure smooth workflow and high performance
  • Support in achieving sales targets and monitoring store performance
  • Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and product display
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide effective solutions
  • Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
  • Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare operational reports and provide feedback to the Head Store
  • Act as the store leader in the absence of the Head Store
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively
  • Customer-oriented mindset with problem‑solving abilities
  • Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace tools
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
  • Able Speak English
