Responsibilities
  • To provide the best service to all customers (internal and external) including walk‑in customers To process all cash & non‑cash transactions, eg: remittances, account opening, Fixed Deposit, clearing, Wealth Management Product, etc
  • To Provide assistance to the Marketing Team in serving customers in all Bank’s product range
  • To process all customer’s financial instructions, cash or non‑cash accurately, timely accordant to the applicable procedures and policies
  • To provide and to always intensify a good customer service
  • To ensure the Bank’s lounge/ lobby area is neat and tidy, including the availability of Bank’s forms, brochures and all facilities needed by the customers
  • Skilled and wise in dealing with customer complaint
  • To do others routine daily jobs and do the recording accordant to the applicable procedures and policies
  • Ready to assist/ contribute to other duties as requires by the customers and is always under the supervision of direct Supervisor
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline with at least 2 years' client servicing experience with basic understanding of relevant banking practice preferred
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Attentive to details and accurate in work
  • Self‑motivated and driven to reach personal goals
