Job summary
A well-known Fintech Company is seeking a Settlement Deputy Dept Head for Payment Solutions. This role involves ensuring the smooth settlement process and effectively resolving complaints from partners. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level, as well as strong analytical and interpersonal skills. This position is based in Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia, offering a dynamic work environment.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of banking and business principles.
Responsibilities
- Ensure complaints from partners are resolved within deadlines.
- Complete the settlement process smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the complaint handling process for compliance.
- Handle unresolved customer issues from the Section Head.
- Evaluate customer complaint resolutions for system improvements.
Skills
We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known Fintech Company (for Banking & Payment solutions) and they are currently looking for Transactions Monitoring or Fraud Management Dept Head.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure complaints, specifically claims from partners (Mitra), are resolved effectively within agreed deadlines.
- Ensure the overall settlement process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Take over customer issues that cannot be resolved by the Section Head.
- Evaluate the outcomes of customer complaint resolutions to provide insights for improving the customer handling system.
Requirements :
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level.
- Knowledge of banking, business principles, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal techniques.
