We work closely with selected suppliers, forwarders, and logistics partners to manage end-to-end operations, including cross-border exports to Malaysia. As the business continues to grow internationally, we are strengthening our operational structure to ensure smooth, reliable, and scalable execution.

Role Overview: Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (Export Focus)

We are looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Coordinator (Export Focus) to take end-to-end ownership of daily operations, with a strong focus on export, container management, and supply chain coordination.

This role is critical to ensuring that products move efficiently from suppliers in Indonesia to customers in Malaysia, while minimizing risk, controlling costs, and protecting stock quality.

You will act as the operational backbone of the business, working closely with the founder and finance lead, and coordinating internal teams, suppliers, forwarders, and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination

• Coordinate and supervise supply chain staff and supplier-related operations.
• Centralize communication with suppliers to avoid confusion and delays.
• Support supplier negotiation and cost validation to protect margins.
• Ensure accuracy of operational data (prices, specifications, timelines).

Export & Container Management (End-to-End)

• Own the export process from preparation in Indonesia to delivery in Malaysia.
• Coordinate consolidation from multiple suppliers into containers.
• Manage container stuffing logic (space optimization, protection, CBM).
• Ensure proper container risk prevention (moisture, condensation, loading protection).
• Prepare, validate, and control export documentation.
• Coordinate with forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners.
• Act as the main operational contact for export-related issues.

Packaging, Pallet & Claims Prevention

• Define and apply packaging standards based on product type (SKU-based).
• Decide when palletization or reinforced packaging is required.
• Balance cost, protection, and shipping efficiency.
• Monitor damage and claim trends and identify root causes.
• Proactively reduce recurring damage and logistics-related issues.

Customer Service Support (Operational Side)

• Act as backup support for customer service.
• Handle sensitive or complex delivery- and damage-related cases.
• Improve operational processes to reduce repeated customer issues.
• Ensure continuity so the founder is not involved in daily firefighting.

Logistics & Warehousing – Malaysia

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and last-mile couriers in Malaysia.
• Compare logistics options and select the most suitable solution per order.
• Balance cost, delivery speed, packaging quality, and risk.
• Adapt logistics flow as volumes and conditions change.

Requirements
