Job summary

A leading logistics company located in Central Jakarta is seeking a Sales Representative with 3 to 5 years of experience in the freight forwarding or shipping industry. Responsibilities include sales planning, customer visits, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Shipping, Logistics, or Supply Chain, and be adaptive in a fast-paced environment. A valid driving license and car ownership are preferred. Sales and Developments of NVOCC, Freight Forwarding & Specials equipment’s

Sales planning and Forecasting along with weekly sales report

Prepare Quotations and make offers.

Outdoor sales and customers visits are required

Ensure Customer Satisfaction.

Keeping track of Payments and Recoveries Cycle.

Freight Forwarding Business for Agency Ex Indonesia & Cross Trade

Monitoring Inventory and ensuring consistent supplies.

Assist Managers in achieving Sales Revenue objectives.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the dynamic team in Indonesia

Criteria:

• Development of sales and marketing strategies in terms of covering existing customers and identifying new customers on a regular basis
• Maintain and constantly update Customer Data Base
• Able to work well with the internal team for good sales-support

We have a good system to track and assist in your role as a sale representative in the company. Training will be provided along with a customer database and potential sales lead for the hunting role.

Requirements:

• 3- 5 years of related sales experience in freight forwarding / shipping industry.
