Job summary

A leading consumer electronics company in Jakarta is seeking a Lead Consultant/Authorized Store Manager to oversee store operations and manage sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of retail experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include managing customer service, supervising team training, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, with a preference for candidates experienced in electronics and FMCG sales.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Sales Advisor, preferably in Sales/Retail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Candidates with experience in electronics and FMCG sales are preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete various operation and management tasks of the store.

Lead Consultant/Authorized Store Manager
  1. Store Operation: Complete various operation and management tasks of the store. Maintain good communication and cooperation with the regional and the headoffice team, implement various company strategies.
  2. Sales Management: Formulate the store's sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve the sales targets assigned by the company.
  3. Merchandise and Display Management: Supervise the turnover of goods, coordinate with partners to replenish goods in a timely manner, and ensure that store image meets the company's VMD standards.
  4. Customer Service: Be responsible for supervising and managing the customer service of the store, handling customer complaints, and ensuring that customers receive a satisfactory service experience.
  5. Team Management: Collaborate with partners to complete the recruitment and training of store employees, in charge of in-store training and service quality.
  6. Business Communication: Maintain good communication and cooperation with partner team to improve the store operation.
Qualification
  • College degree or above;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Sales Advisor, preferably in Sales/Retail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (at least MS Excel and MS Word);
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong administrative skills;
  • Candidates with experience in electronics and FMCG sales are preferred;
  • English speakers are preferred;
