We are assisting one of our clients, a well-known Fintech Company (for Banking & Payment solutions) and they are currently looking for Transactions Monitoring or Fraud Management Dept Head.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure complaints, specifically claims from partners (Mitra), are resolved effectively within agreed deadlines.
• Ensure the overall settlement process is completed smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor the complaint handling process to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Take over customer issues that cannot be resolved by the Section Head.
• Evaluate the outcomes of customer complaint resolutions to provide insights for improving the customer handling system.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in EFT Switching operations at a managerial level.
• Knowledge of banking, business principles, strong analytical skills, and interpersonal techniques.
