A leading lifestyle sports destination in Jakarta Utara is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end operations for their facility and F&B unit. Role Overview
You will lead end-to-end operations for the facility and F&B unit, ensuring service excellence, operational discipline, customer satisfaction, and commercial performance.
This role demands someone who can build systems, optimize processes, lead teams, and scale operations with high standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Excellence
Ensure smooth, efficient daily operations across padel courts, VIP rooms, simulators, and F&B areas through well-maintained SOPs, manpower planning, and facility readiness.
Customer Experience
Deliver a premium end-to-end guest experience with fast issue resolution, controlled service timing, and consistently memorable interactions.
Design and execute structured weekly and monthly work programs with measurable outcomes to improve speed, cost efficiency, and service quality.
Leadership & Team Development
Lead and develop operational teams with clear roles, strong discipline, and regular coaching and performance reviews.
Data, Reporting & Performance Management
Manage operational dashboards and key KPIs to drive data-based decisions, team productivity, and unit-level profitability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Maintenance to support daily operations, peak hours, and event execution.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business, Sports Management, or related
Minimum 3–5 years experience in operations leadership (F&B, sports facility, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-unit business)
Proven experience building SOPs & structured operational systems
Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
