Job summary
A leading global food and beverage company is seeking a Customer Service and Co-Manufacturing Lead in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. This role involves leading demand planning and customer service functions while driving supply chain productivity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and strong project management skills, with experience in cross-functional environments being advantageous. Excellent communication and leadership abilities are essential for success in this position.

- Proven project management experience.

- Co-Lead Integrated Business Process in demand planning.
- Lead customer service department for order management.
- Drive supply chain productivity agenda.

Education
This Customer Service and Co-Manufacturing Lead will be responsible for S&OP, Demand Planning and end-to-end Co-Manufacturing Planning agendas in Foods (Snacks COSO and Quaker CoMan) for Indonesia. This position is a member of the supply chain team driving SC strategic plans and delivering AOP targets, reporting to the Head of Logistics
What you will be responsible for:
- Co-Lead Integrated Business Process, especially in the demand planning scopes along with commercial and marketing team.
- Member of SC Leadership Team & S&OP Forum: Contributive
- Lead customer service department which covers order management and establishes excellent customer experience.
- Lead Quaker and Co-Manufacturing E2E process excellence
- Constant focus in delivering supply chain KPI
- Drive process excellence in job scope areas
- Support business in new products developments
- Drive supply chain productivity (cost efficiency improvement) agenda
What you will need to have:
Skills & Experience:
- Min Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of planning processes, reporting with sound technical supply chain fundamentals
- Exceptional project management skills with proven track record/experience on set-up new process and transformation
- Broad functional understanding (Sales, Finance, Purchasing) and experience working in cross-functional environment/teams. Experiences in Foods and Beverages business would be advantages
- High levels of analytic and financial skills, ability to use data to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities and accurately assess financial impacts
