A retail company in Jakarta Utara is looking for a Store Manager responsible for ensuring smooth daily store operations, staff management, and training. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and will be proficient in store operations. Responsibilities include overseeing workflows, analyzing sales performance, and preparing daily reports to enhance service quality. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this position.
Responsible for and ensuring the smooth execution of daily store operation SOPs, including store opening and closing, service procedures, cleanliness standards, and inventory management.
Oversee daily store operations and overall management to ensure stable operations, smooth workflows, and service quality standards are met.
Manage store staff, including task assignments, shift scheduling, daily supervision, and team coordination.
Responsible for staff training and coaching, including onboarding training for new employees, SOP explanations, and service standard training to enhance team execution and service quality.
Submit daily store operation reports, including:
Conduct systematic analysis and summaries of product sales performance, including:
Analyze and summarize key customer purchase drivers such as pricing, quality, promotions, service experience, actual needs, and recommendation factors.
Provide improvement suggestions, including:
Act as a communication bridge between the store and headquarters to ensure clear information delivery and effective execution.
Education: High school / vocational school or above (Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Store Manager, Store Supervisor, or Store-in-Charge.
Familiar with and able to independently execute retail store operation SOPs.
Strong staff management and training capabilities, including scheduling, task allocation, onboarding training, daily coaching, and performance supervision.
Good written reporting skills, with the ability to prepare clear and structured daily operation reports.
Basic sales data analysis skills and the ability to interpret customer behavior.
Strong communication skills, high sense of responsibility, honesty, integrity, and solid leadership and execution abilities.
Able to work independently with a clear goal-oriented mindset.
