  • Manage, maintain and update the ecommerce platform, ensuring a seamless anduser friendly online shopping experience for customers.
  • Monitor analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities toidentify opportunities for improvement and drive business growth.
  • Utilize industry best practices, emerging technologies, and digital marketingtechniques to optimize the ecommerce website performance.
  • Create and manage,marketing campaigns, including email marketing, socialmedia advertising, SEO/SEM, and affiliate marketing, to drive traffic and increaseconversion.
  • Analyze data, including web analytics and customer insights, to identify areas forimprovement and implement strategies to enhance the customer experienceand increase sales.
  • Manage customer service inquiries promptly and effectively, ensuring highcustomer satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
