• Frequently visit markets with the Sales team and individually to collect market information at least twice a week.
• Actively monitor and summarize customer behaviors, competitor activities, and market trends in the B2B Office Supply and School Stationery sector.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve services and products.

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity and consistent messaging across all channels.

• Prepare and propose marketing activities and monthly promotions, both trade and in-store promotions.
• Prepare sales tools and point of purchase materials.

• Closely monitor and analyze the results of launched marketing campaigns and promotions, then ultimately suggest the proper next plans.

• Develop and conduct product knowledge and marketing training for the sales team and key distributors.
• Implement both projects and everyday tasks following the timeline.
• Execute all other jobs assigned by Marketing Manager or Marketing Supervisor.

• Able to communicate in English (MUST) or Thai language (Preferred).
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in B2B Marketing, Trade Marketing, preferably in Office Supply/Stationery or related trading/wholesale sector.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and Canva for design and content creation.
• Good team player and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle the pressure of frequent market visits.
• Experience in product marketing, including B2B pricing strategies and trade promotional planning.
• Have own vehicle and driving license.
