About the role

Rubberflex, a leader in the rubber thread manufacturing industry, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in our Jakarta, Indonesia office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and expanding our client portfolio within the regional market.

What you'll be doing
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential new clients across the region
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to acquire new customers
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to highlight our product offerings and unique value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing and operations teams to support the sales process
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
What we're looking for
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in new business development or sales within the manufacturing or industrial sectors, preferably in the textile, apparel and garments industry where rubber threads or elastic tapes are applied
  • Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive results
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
